History
Hahn Loeser and Parks LLP was founded in Cleveland, Ohio in 1920. Originally called Mooney, Hahn, Loeser & Keough, the firm would undergo several name changes over the next few decades until 1986, when a merger with Parks, Eisele, Bates & Wilsman resulted in the firm's present-day moniker.
Despite its name changes, however, the firm has always had a clear sense of identity. We are the kind of law firm that keeps going, even when the going gets tough.
In 1988, a fire consumed our first Cleveland office on a Friday, but the firm was up and running again by Monday morning. We are the kind of law firm that strives to take care of our people. Hahn Loeser was the first law firm in Cleveland to develop a
maternity leave program for its employees. And we'd like to think that we're the kind of law firm that does it all with a little bit of style.
Our offices house a renowned art collection comprised of mostly local artists' work, and our Akron office has been featured in
Interior Design magazine.
But most importantly, we are the kind of law firm whose mission today is the same as it was more than 90 years ago. We have grown from a single office in Northeast Ohio to six locations throughout Ohio, Southwest Florida, Indiana, and California with more than 130 attorneys.
