Rex W. Miller, II is an associate in Hahn Loeser's Intellectual Property Practice Group who maintains an active practice in both prosecution and litigation of intellectual property matters. Rex develops robust intellectual property portfolios for his clients both domestically and internationally. He also assists his clients with the commercialization of new technology and the monetization of intellectual property through licensing and enforcement. Rex is experienced in the preparation of patent validity and infringement opinions.
Rex has a technical background in electrical engineering. Prior to law school, Rex spent six years working with Teradyne, Inc., in Boston, Massachusetts. His prior work involved technical operations management supporting the introduction of new semiconductor test equipment products. He also has expertise designing and implementing hardware and software tools to automate production test processes.
Rex is included in the 2012 & 2013 lists of "Ohio Rising Stars" by Ohio Super Lawyers.
